We’re looking for under-represented talent aged 18+ to join us for a paid 6-month trainee opportunity for two individuals from June to December 2025.


We have two exciting digital marketing internships available!

    What do we mean by 'under-represented’?

    Diversity and inclusion are important values for our agency - we're looking to foster a sense of belonging for all employees and fresh perspectives to enhance our team.

    Croud are seeking candidates who are insufficiently or inadequately represented both at Croud and in the media industry at large. 

    The areas with the biggest gaps to close currently include; people from racially diverse backgrounds, people with a physical/health disabilities and people from working class backgrounds.
