The Strategy & Planning team works across Croud's channel teams, including PPC, SEO, Display, Social, and Analytics, and makes use of skills from across these disciplines.
The team primarily focuses on supporting client work from an objective perspective, with projects that deliver new strategy ideas, and market or competitor insight. With strong focuses on media planning, performance forecasting, market budget setting, creating strong briefs, platform insights, and customer journey mapping, the Strategy & Planning team helps client create optimal plans to deliver the results they want to see.
They also support the Sales team, as regular contributors to the project teams that respond to a pitch brief, devising strategies and Croud's pitch narrative for prospective new clients. Additionally, the Strategy & Planning team act as contributors to Croud's innovation in data science and engineering. Whether it be with systems that handle large data sets, or with the predictions made possible by machine learning, they work to research and develop new capabilities.
To top it all off, the team even contributes to Marketing with written "thought leadership" articles, attendance at networking events and presentations delivered at speaking opportunities.
