Croud’s Project Management team is essential to successfully delivering work for clients.

Working closely with Client Leadership, Strategy & Planning and our channel leads, the Project Management team oversees the delivery of work on key projects, ensuring all deliverables are effectively planned and managed through to delivery.

Not only does the team have a major hand in delivering external client work, but they’re also responsible for identifying better ways of working, and implementing new processes and workflows to increase efficiency across Croud’s teams. Our PMs manage all aspects of client onboarding making the transition process for our new clients completely seamless. Project Management’s role is really making everything sing operationally.

Since all projects and clients are unique, each with their own set of objectives, challenges, risks and solutions, there’s never a dull day in Project Management. You’ll have a breadth of opportunities to work closely with some of the world’s leading brands as well as Croud’s teams of talented strategists, engineers, data scientists and other cross-functional team members across the agency.
