Croud is excited to be offering a paid 6 month paid trainee opportunity to two individuals this June to December 2025. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We believe that a mix of skills are essential within our business and we're more interested in your potential than extensive work experience, so don't worry if you don't have direct experience in digital marketing yet. TRAINEE SCHEMEÂ HIGHLIGHTS
- Onboarding/ Meet with your cohort: We’ll have two trainees joining Croud simultaneously from 10th of June 2025 to 12 December 2025. Each person will be given a dedicated line manager as well as a mentor to provide you with support throughout your time with us.
- Trainee Bootcamp: You'll undertake a series of training sessions covering technical role-specific learning, both in-person and virtual to help you get set up for success.
- Meaningful Work and Projects: All trainees will join a variety of Croud teams and directly contribute to business work streams and priorities.
- Learning Series: You’ll have dedicated in-person training workshops delivered by our team to help build professional & soft skills, and provide you with the long-term transferable skills you’ll need to develop in the industry, including topics such as presentation skills, business writing, negotiation and critical thinking.
- Social Events: Regular fun events organised by our workplace team including free breakfast in the office and free lunch on Mondays and Wednesdays!
- Mentorship:Â Each trainee will be given an experienced mentor in addition to their line manager. Mentors will provide dedicated time to support your long-term development as well as your learning throughout the program. Mentors are also a great way to network with those outside of your day to day and build your understanding of how to navigate the business.
Croud operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days a week based in our London office and the remaining days from home if you wish. Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm.

HOW DO I APPLY?
We want to give you a chance to show off your creativity, personality and skills. We would like you to submit either a video or document answering the interview question provided below:
“If you had the opportunity to start your own business, what kind of business would you create and why?”
Send us a short 60-90 second video of you explaining your answer. If you’d prefer not to do a video, that’s fine and won’t put you at a disadvantage. You can also choose to send us 3-5 slides of your idea (using Powerpoint or Google slides).
What are we looking for? We don’t expect you to have prior marketing knowledge to complete this. We want to see your creativity, how you approach research and how you articulate your ideas. We can't wait to see what you come up with!
Applications close: Tuesday, 22nd April 2025. You'll get a response by: Friday, 2nd May and interviews will be held in London mid May. Successful candidates will start the Croud Sourced trainee scheme on Tuesday 10th June 2025.Â
