This is an exciting opportunity for a diligent and innovative individual to join our Creative Strategy team as a Creative Strategist. In this role, you will build authentic brand-audience connections across digital channels by strategically planning and managing the creation of original content to drive performance for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include both creative and analytical tasks, focused primarily on paid & owned social — from brainstorming new campaign ideas, outlining storyboards, and planning content calendars to implementing testing methodologies, analyzing performance, and iterating on learnings and feedback.
You will thrive in this role if you are highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once, all while bringing fresh, creative thinking to the table. We’re looking for someone with demonstrated experience leveraging data and audience insights to fuel campaigns that drive business results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content & Campaign Planning: Develop and manage audience-first, data-informed content calendars and campaign briefs in partnership with Account Managers, Paid Media experts, and client contacts.
Audience Analysis & Definition: Leverage first-party audience analysis tools to identify and define demographic, lifestyle, and behavioral insights. Translate these effectively to internal and client stakeholders to influence creative, targeting, and business decisions.
Creative Direction: Provide clear and detailed guidance to designers, writers, and creators to bring campaigns to life via copy, graphic design, photo, and/or video assets. Guide the production/capture of original content through strong storyboards, shot lists, and strategic guidance.
Data Analysis: Consistently review performance data, including via software (i.e. Motion), raw data reports, and dashboards, in order to identify patterns and insights and recommend optimizations and iterations for improvement.
Strategic Communication: Persuasively and confidently communicate recommendations and learnings to both internal and client stakeholders in a way that builds trust and contributes to efficiency in collaboration as well as client retention and growth.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated experience planning and executing successful content strategies on owned and paid social media channels.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and derive and communicate actionable insights to fuel performance.
Experience analyzing audience segments to identify demographic, lifestyle, behavioral, and location-based trends.
Experience providing clear guidance and direction to creative specialists for asset production.
Experience working in social and paid media publishing, listening, owned/competitor analysis, and reporting tools and software.
Experience leading strategic conversations and securing buy-in for campaign and creative concepts with key stakeholders.
Experience creating reports and leading conversations about data and insights.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Chat, Gemini, etc.).
Proven track record of working to and meeting deadlines
Proven time management skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously
Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
Experience working in teams to meet a common goal
Desirable:
Previous agency experience a plus but not required
Previous experience in social content creation (even if only for your personal channels!) a plus
Hands-on experience launching, managing, and/or analyzing paid media campaigns in-platform on Meta, Tiktok, or Google
Experience with one or more of the following tools: Placer.ai, Motion.ai, HeyOrca, Sprout Social

COMPENSATION
Salary Range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 per year. (DOE)
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
