Your primary focus is translating high-level strategy into flawless execution, ensuring all SKUs are retail-ready and media campaigns are optimised for growth.
In this role, you will collaborate with our global Croudie Network to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery. You will act as a guardian of best practices, bridging the gap between Amazon Vendor/Seller operations and advertising performance. RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Tactical Execution & Optimisation: Execute end-to-end Marketplace strategies across Amazon and other RMNs (Walmart, Target, Tesco etc.). This includes performing keyword-level analysis of SKU viability and managing the daily health of client Account Development Plans.
Retail Readiness & Content: Manage the retail readiness of your portfolio by auditing PDPs for conversion. You will oversee the deployment of Brand Registry, seasonal content adaptations (copy, imagery, video), and the creation of custom Brand Stores to ensure a premium shopper experience.
Full-Funnel Campaign Delivery: Manage the day-to-day setup and optimisation of Sponsored Ads, Video, and DSP campaigns. You will implement audience strategies- from re-engaging cart abandoners to building high-value lookalikes- ensuring all placements align with client inventory levels and promotion planning.
Operational & Vendor Management: Navigate both Vendor and Seller Central environments, handling day-to-day operational tasks such as inventory troubleshooting and pack-size analysis. You will support the Senior Manager in preparing data for JBP negotiations and competitor media investment audits.
Reporting & Insights: Provide full-funnel visibility by analysing performance across the journey (DSP, Sponsored Ads, and CTV). You will move beyond last-click analysis to report on the touchpoints that truly drive conversion, providing actionable smart optimisation recommendations to maximise ROI.
Data & Reporting
You will provide comprehensive campaign reporting and measurement on the effectiveness of all activity.
You will ensure all client reports are delivered on-time and to a high standard of accuracy.
You will analyze campaign data to identify key insights, trends, and opportunities for performance improvement.
You will share learnings and results with the wider Retail Media, Programmatic, Paid Social, PPC, and Analytics teams to drive performance and efficiencies.
Croudie Network & Internal Processes
You will play an active role in defining best practice and creating scalable processes for the team.
You will stay up to date with new market tools and opportunities that could support client strategy or our product offering.
You will effectively delegate and manage tasks through the Croudie Network to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery.
