ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic Product & Growth Marketing Director to be part of the development and execution of Croud’s marketing strategy, with a focus on product and services marketing. This role requires a strategic and output focused team player, with a deep understanding of agency technologies and capabilities trends, and exceptional communication skills.
The role reports to the Chief Marketing & Integration Officer and as a senior member of the marketing team, you will shape how the agency communicates its technology innovation, showcases its client impact, and ensure the content outputs from the business align to a strategy and calendar of deliverables.RESPONSIBILITIES
Products & Services
- Define and deliver the product marketing strategy for agency technologies, ensuring alignment with wider brand and business goals
- Lead go-to-market plans for new products and updates, including launch campaigns, collateral, and internal education materials
- Develop and promote case studies that showcase innovation, AI capabilities, and client success stories to strengthen positioning
- Manage the agency website as the central hub for product information, case studies, and thought leadership, ensuring it supports SEO, visibility, and demand generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products and services are consistently presented as key differentiators in pitches, events, and award submissions
- Shape and communicate the value proposition of the Data & Analytics business across all channels
- Maintain competitive tracking and share with business the comparative products and services to ensure product marketing fit and competitiveness
Content Leadership
- Oversee the content strategy to ensure alignment with product marketing and business growth objectives
- Manage the content calendar, prioritising high-impact storytelling that supports product launches, client success, and thought leadership. Coordinate across the team to ensure a well managed cadence to activities
- Drive the creation of case studies, industry insights, and compelling narratives
- Lead paid content opportunities, including partnerships with industry publications, sponsorships, and event-driven campaigns
- Continuously assess performance, using analytics
Growth Marketing
- Support the sales team at RFI, RFP and pitch stages with marketing assets on products and services
- Leverage bespoke case studies, success stories, and thought leadership to strengthen pitches and drive sales enablement
- Partner with PR and comms teams to amplify stories around innovation, product launches, and data-led insights
- Establish KPIs for launches and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to accelerate business growth
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- You have a strong background in product marketing, ideally within an agency environment, with a proven track record of leading and managing marketing efforts. Your understanding of the global adtech market, target audience, and competitive landscape is also important
- Whether through professional experience or personal passion, you are deeply engaged with media innovations, bringing enthusiasm and forward-thinking ideas to the table
- You excel in inspiring, motivating, and developing your team while fostering strong collaborative relationships with other teams and clients
- You are a skilled communicator, adept at engaging with diverse audiences—whether hosting events, interacting with media, presenting award pitches, or crafting compelling written content
- You take pride in your work, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. You are confident in providing constructive feedback to set high standards and foster growth
- You thrive on both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, effectively blending these skills to achieve tangible results
- You have experience managing budgets and making informed, commercially-smart decisions that align with business goals
- You are excited by evolving trends in social media and the agency world, eager to drive change, and adapt to change

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
