As Project Manager you'll be responsible for delivering our briefs on time and on budget. Taking the reigns on implementing effective ways of working across your accounts, crafting project plans and managing resource to deliver seamlessly.
It's a collaborative role that works closely with Client Leadership, Operations and all of our delivery team members. We're looking for someone who does what they say they'll do to build trusting relationships, as well as a great communicator who can make sure the team knows exactly what’s expected of them at all stages.
We use a tool called Productive & ClickUp that you'll spend most of your days in, building project plans, scheduling resource and reporting on progress - so previous experience in a similar tool would be beneficial.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management: you'll lead the day-to-day operations of your clients including timelines and project plans, implementing ways of working and managing resource requirements
Commercials: you'll proactively solve commercial & operational challenges, escalating to key stakeholders both internally and externally, when required, as well as sharing recommendations on how to solve these challenges
Using Productive: you'll support with administration and management of Projects and Pipeline in our agency-management software (Productive), ensuring everything is set up accurately, managed efficiently and reported on regularly
Reporting: you'll make sure timesheets are updated on time each week and report regularly on how we're burning down on budgets with recommendations for improvement
Operations: you'll work with our central US Operations team to ensuring the right skill set & experience is matched and allocated to each brief and scope of work, and help to schedule resource for the US team in Productive based on project plans.
Day to day: You will encourage a seamless working relationship between internal stakeholders, expectation management through constant communication is essential. You'll track and monitor progress for ongoing deliverables and identify bottlenecks to work together to find possible solutions. You will also support the Senior Project Manager with execution as required.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
You've got 1.5+ years of experience working in a similar role in an agency setting - ideally in social media delivery

COMPENSATION
Salary Range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on; among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
We operate on a hybrid model of 3 days in office per week. Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
