ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a 12-month maternity cover opportunity, ideal for someone who can quickly build strong stakeholder relationships, take ownership of key hiring areas and deliver immediate impact within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
As a Senior Talent Partner, you will lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment activity across key business areas within Croud and Born Social. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with business leaders to shape and execute effective hiring strategies that attract and secure the talent needed to support our continued success, operational priorities and future ambitions.
This role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic stakeholder partnership, market insight and continuous improvement. You will own an exceptional candidate experience, ensure talent acquisition activity is aligned with business priorities and workforce demand, and contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects that enhance our approach to hiring.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, defining role requirements, success profiles and effective hiring strategies.
Own and deliver recruitment strategies across multiple functions, balancing immediate hiring needs with longer-term workforce planning and talent priorities.
Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for business-critical and hard-to-fill roles using structured sourcing approaches and market insight.
Provide stakeholders with talent market intelligence, candidate availability data and recruitment trends to inform decision-making.
Deliver a consistent and engaging candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment process.
Manage the offer process effectively, using market insight, stakeholder alignment and candidate engagement strategies to secure top talent.
Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes, systems and ways of working, using data and feedback to enhance effectiveness.
Attend and lead weekly recruitment meetings with the Senior Leadership Team, providing updates, insights, risks and recommendations to support informed hiring decisions.
Lead or support Talent Acquisition projects, hiring initiatives and workforce planning discussions.
Represent Croud externally, building market presence, strengthening employer brand awareness and engaging talent communities to support future hiring needs.
Support and manage junior members of the Talent team, coaching and sharing best practice whilst also contributing to a collaborative, high-performing TA culture.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Significant experience delivering end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an in-house environment or agency setting with strong client/stakeholder management responsibilities.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to adapt priorities while maintaining a high level of delivery.
Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
Strong sourcing, talent pipelining and candidate engagement capabilities.
Confident using recruitment technology, ATS platforms and data to manage pipelines, track performance and improve hiring outcomes.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment processes simultaneously.
Data-driven and commercially aware, with the ability to translate insights into practical hiring solutions and make informed decisions autonomously.
Previous experience presenting recruitment updates, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Passionate about delivering outstanding candidate and stakeholder experiences.
A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement and raising standards across Talent Acquisition.
Ability to delegate and support team capacity planning with Head of Talent
Previous people management experience and the ability to support and coach more junior team members
Experience supporting projects, process improvements or wider talent initiatives is advantageous.

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
