ROLE OVERVIEW

This position is ideal for someone who is in the early stages of their Digital Marketing journey and who has a keen interest in SEO, Content Strategy & Technical SEO in particular.
The overall purpose of this role is to support our Organic search account teams. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of SEO, content activity, and technical SEO for our clients, using both internal resources and our network of specialists, in order to achieve client business objectives and targets.
The role will be dedicated to driving SEO performance through the day-to-day management and effective implementation for a number of key client accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support the development and delivery of client SEO, technical and content strategies to drive performance and growth
Monitor client performance, identify issues and opportunities, and advocate best practice and innovation
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality and accuracy
Analyse SEO and performance data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues and inform strategic recommendations
Prepare client reporting, including performance summaries and executive-level insights
Manage project delivery and Croudie workflows, ensuring briefs and outputs meet quality standards
Maintain excellent client service standards, including timely communication and proactive account support
Support internal and external training initiatives, including onboarding and upskilling Croudies
Contribute to client retention and business growth, with awareness of profitability, margin and NPS targets
Ensure accurate time tracking, adherence to company processes and effective project administration
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Degree-level education or relevant work experience
Strong interest in digital marketing and/or SEO
Work experience in SEO or digital marketing is desirable
Strong Microsoft Office/Google Drive skills
Proficiency in data entry, working with and managing numbers/data
Proven track record of working to and meeting deadlines
Proven time management skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously
Impeccable attention to detail
A mathematical and analytical mind
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
Highly organised and an ability to multitask
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience working as part of a team to meet a common goal
Customer service experience

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
