We are looking for a talented Client Insights Analyst to join our Global Analytics team. This team, made up of data scientists, analysts, and engineers, is at the forefront of using machine learning and AI to drive data-driven marketing strategies and automation. In this role, you will use your analytical skills to generate insights that support client business growth, ensuring that marketing effectiveness and ROI are clearly demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Client Reporting: Create custom marketing effectiveness reports, providing clients with deep insights into their marketing and business performance

• Client Liaison: Work closely with clients, from onboarding to delivery and maintenance, to ensure reports meet their specific needs and requirements

• Training: Develop and deliver a learning agenda to educate clients on the reporting platform, dashboards, and analytical tools

• Data Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure accuracy in data representation and analysis

• Actionable Insights: Produce visualisations, metrics, and tabulations to present insights and recommendations in an accessible way for non-technical users

• Project Delivery: Manage projects autonomously, ensuring they are on track and delivered on time, coordinating with the Director of Client Success and other teams to manage expectations

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead requirement sessions and document business intelligence needs, working with stakeholders to prioritise based on requirements.

Person specification

• Degree-level education in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Physics) or equivalent work experience

• Strong data analysis skills and experience delivering insights tailored to customer needs

• Previous experience working with large data sets and performing complex data analysis ideally in a professional or academic setting

• Proficiency with BI reporting and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (highly desirable)

• Good understanding of statistical principles and data interpretation

• Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Knowledge of marketing or media optimisation techniques and digital marketing channels

• Understanding of web analytics or marketing analytics
