Web Experience Executive
ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly intelligent, charismatic and creative thinking individual who is passionate about websites, front-end code and has a keen interest in making websites better!
The successful candidate will be keen to learn, strive for success and have a desire to question everything. An analytical mindset coupled with problem solving, resolution management and a creative flair is a must for this role along with the willingness to continue to learn new techniques and the latest developments.
The overall purpose of this role is to support the Web Experience Team in managing and implementing technical strategies and to assist when necessary in providing clients with consultancy on various obstacles, challenges and opportunities posed on their websites. To meet the clients business objectives and targets, both internal resources and our network of specialists can be utilised but also with a strong ability to manage projects, clients and development teams directly.

Croud operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days a week based in our London Office and the remaining days from home if you wish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct audits and reviews of websites to identify obstacles, opportunities, and technical challenges
- Compile technical data and prepare analysis documentation
- Assist in formulating technical roadmaps based on identified tasks and scope the necessary hours required for full support
- Aid in creating requirement documentation for developers
- Administer Croudie tasks, ensuring comprehensive and accurate briefs to the network and conducting quality checks on returned work to maintain excellent standards
- Proactively stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to support internal growth and efficiency strategies
- Provide support to clients by addressing ad-hoc technical queries
- Assist the Web Experience team in enhancing training materials, including both Croud Academy and internal documentation
- Support the Web Experience team in implementing, managing, and delivering client roadmaps and projects
- Identify and report technical issues with clear documentation and support tickets, facilitating developers' understanding and action
- Conduct regular technical checks on deliverables and communicate updates to the Web Experience and SEO Teams
- Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of agreed monthly activities and maintain up-to-date client progress trackers
- Deliver high-quality data analysis and coordinate support from the Croudie network in collaboration with the broader Web Experience team
- Manage Croudie administration, workflows, briefings, and training delivery
- Document and address ineffective processes, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Pursue personal knowledge development and share relevant materials to enhance departmental performance
- Advocate company policies and processes, contributing to client retention efforts
- Deliver case studies in the form of Test and Learn pieces
- Travel to other Croud offices or meet clients, situation permitting
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Degree level education or equivalent / relevant work experience
- Preferred: 1 year of work experience within SEO or front-end development roles
- Preferred: Experience with data analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, etc.
- Strong interest in / passion for digital marketing and / or SEO
- Strong interest in front-end development and coding / markup
- Interest in back-end development and coding
- Strong Microsoft Office and / or Gsuite (Google) skills which must include Excel / Sheets, Word / Docs and PowerPoint / Slides
- Proficiency in data entry, working with and managing numbers / data
- Impeccable attention to detail
- A mathematical and analytical mind
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Highly organised and an ability to multitask
- Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills
- Experience of working in teams to meet a common goal
- Preferred: Customer service experience

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
