Agency Content and Channels Manager

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, this role will look after the day-to-day management of Croud’s external channels.
You’ll be responsible for keeping Croud’s website and social media channels up to date and engaging with creative, innovative content and fresh, creative ideas and an instinctive eye for what grabs attention.
You’ll have strong project management experience and will be able to guide a new campaign from the first spark of an idea right through to production, delivery and reporting.
Ideally, you’ll have an agency or in-house background managing B2B or client-facing digital channels, know social media inside out and be enthusiastic, organised and keen to get stuck in!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Croud’s website including proactively updating news items, case studies, people and resources pages
- Manage Croud’s social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X
- Working with one of our trusted Crowdies on optimising our SEO performance and strategy
- Update and follow from Croud’s marketing and content calendars, ensuring we have a coherent schedule of content across all content pillars and hierarchies, from hero campaigns to business-as-usual posts
- Manage projects including new social campaigns from start to finish
- Compile performance reports based on analytics pulled from dashboards and present findings back to the communications and marketing teams
- Support with running paid campaigns aligned to Croud’s new business growth strategy targeting key decision makers
- Work closely with communications team to externalise announcements including people news, awards and events, industry recognition stories and more
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Content creation - creative and innovative thinking is encouraged!
- CMS management (WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, Kentico, Sitecore, etc.)
- Social scheduling (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, etc)
- Copywriting for social, websites and other marketing materials
- Content production - sourcing assets including copy, images and video to create innovative content for our key audiences
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc) is advantageous but not essential
- Experience of content creation platforms (Figma, Canva, etc.) is advantageous but not essential
- Proactive, can-do, no-job-too-small attitude with the desire to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in as part of an ambitious, dynamic team!

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
