We are seeking an intelligent, charismatic, and creatively-minded individual who is passionate about building a career in Digital Marketing. As a Paid Social Media Executive, you will join a team of experts dedicated to delivering innovative advertising campaigns for Croud’s clients across platforms such as Facebook, Microsoft, Instagram, TikTok, and Amazon.
The ideal candidate will be driven by success, eager to learn, and possess a curious mindset that questions the status quo. You will play a key role in fostering commercial success for clients while striving for excellence in daily operations. A background of 6 months to 1 year in Digital Marketing is required, though a strong interest in the industry and relevant transferable skills are also valued.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Managers and Directors in executing client strategies, including the implementation of Account Development Plans (ADPs)
- Drive optimisation and innovation within relevant advertising platforms
- Ensure campaigns are created and managed to the highest standards, adhering to industry best practices and Croud guidelines
- Conduct daily checks on campaigns, communicating findings and taking necessary actions
- Manage client budgets across advertising platforms effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and relevant reporting, supporting Managers in communicating summaries
- Participate in client performance calls and contribute to quarterly business reviews
- Conduct high-quality data analysis, leveraging support from the internal network
- Administer internal network operations and deliver training as needed
- Facilitate training during the induction process and for ongoing professional development
- Stay informed about internal processes and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team
- Support Managers and Senior Managers in innovating new technologies and methods, monitoring market trends, and contributing to the tech roadmap and internal academy development
- Advocate for company policies and processes to support client retention
- Produce monthly case studies in the form of Test and Learn pieces
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrable experience managing ad platforms, particularly Meta, is advantageous
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proficient in data analysis with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities, with a capacity to prioritise across multiple projects
- Critical thinking, results-driven, and adept at problem-solving
- Creative mindset for content development, account management, and optimisation
- Open to candidates from all majors, but degrees in marketing, advertising, media and communications, or journalism are particularly beneficial
- Previous work or internship experience in marketing, public relations, or media is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and G Suite
- Willingness to learn about other areas within digital marketing, including but not limited to pay-per-click, paid social, and shopping
- Must have legal eligibility to live and work in Dubai
