PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Our paid internship program is all about making the industry more diverse and giving real opportunities to people from underrepresented backgrounds. Whether you're a person of color, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, have a disability or mental health condition, come from a working-class background, or don’t fit into traditional labels—we want to help you break into the field. You'll learn from Croud’s experts, gain hands-on experience, and work on exciting projects that make an impact.

For 12 weeks from mid-May to mid-August, you'll spend 3 days (up to 25 hours) per week gaining valuable, hands-on experience in our Atlanta office, in collaboration with teams in New York and the UK.

You’ll have an opportunity for global mentorship and exposure to a wide variety of departments and clients. You will build industry expertise and a professional network that will set you up for success.

• Hands-on Experience – 12 weeks of real client work and digital marketing exposure.

And what we'll need from you:

• Get into the data – pulling numbers, spotting trends, and helping make sense of the marketing performance to optimize campaigns and strategies.

• Learn how digital ads work – from setting up campaigns to tracking what’s working (and what’s not).

• Explore tools & platforms – like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more.
