Tom has been with Croud US for around a year and a half as a Biddable Account Manager in our New York office. Read about his experience with Croud so far:

What makes you passionate about what you do?

I believe that working on a variety of different and exciting clients keeps work interesting and makes me passionate to take on a different challenge everyday. 

What led you to Croud?

My friend used to work with someone who works at Croud now and she saw them post about a job opportunity.

What is the most fulfilling thing about working at Croud?

The most fulfilling thing about working at Croud is being part of a team that is growing fast. It opens a lot of opportunities. 

What is your favorite piece of career advice?

Don’t be afraid to raise your hand and take on a project. 

How does your team inspire you?

My team inspires me by their dedication everyday to learn something new and continue to grow. 

Describe your journey with Croud so far.

I started as an entry level associate. Learned a ton in my first year and got a lot of great client experience working with my account manager Katie. Now I am an account manager myself and I’m excited to take on additional responsibility as our team grows. 

What was your very first job?

My very first job was as a lifeguard at the public pool in my hometown.
