Pranita has been with Croud UK for almost a year and a half as a Financial Accountant in our London office. Read about her experience with Croud so far:

What makes you passionate about what you do?

Taking every task as a new challenge, solving the issues, learning from it and the satisfaction I get from the result really makes me passionate about my job.

What led you to Croud?

Croud is a fast-growing company with a higher prospect of promotions, great perks and benefits to their employees. The challenges in the job role, the aspirations I had for my career and my personal development led me to this company.

What is the most fulfilling thing about working at Croud?

Great company culture, work flexibility and friendly colleagues.

What is your favorite piece of career advice?

Believe in yourself and never give up.

How does your team inspire you?

Everyone in my team is hardworking and leads by example. They motivate me at work and provide me with advice when needed.

Describe your journey with Croud so far.

I joined in April 2019 as Accounts Receivable Manager, and it has been an incredible journey working for Croud.  I feel like I’m part of a family who has supported me in my work life and study balance.

What was your very first job?

Cashier at a supermarket.
