What makes you passionate about what you do?
My passion in life is and has always been to help people and on the network team we do just that. From guiding our Croudies to join our Croudie network to assisting the internal teams to find niche skill sets to complete work for our clients we do it all.
What led you to Croud?
I knew some of Croud’s employees and how valued and fulfilled they felt whilst working for such a forward thinking business that I just had to try to join such an amazing company.
What is the most fulfilling thing about working at Croud?
I’m a natural born communicator so being able to speak with Croudies from all around the world and being able to support them throughout their journey on our network is definitely one of the most satisfying aspects of being part of the Network team.
What is your favorite piece of career advice?
Don’t get hung up on what you thought you would be doing for the rest of your life. Instead try to identify what it is that motivates you to get up in the morning and start your day happy and find a job that allows you do that day in and day out.
How does your team inspire you?
My team is just incredible, their dedication and passion for the work we do inspires me every single day!
