[At Croud,] you’re definitely never just treated like a number - whether the company is a team of 50 (like it was when I started) or 200 (like it is now), we’ve always maintained a strong culture that inspires you to work hard and reach your goals.

What makes you passionate about what you do?
Having worked in the Sales function for six years now I love being able to bring organisation and process to a very time pressured environment. I also love that the data I manage can be used to help us make better higher level business decisions.
What led you to Croud?
Following my Business Studies degree I knew I wanted to get into marketing so when I found an internship in the SEO team whilst I was travelling Vietnam it seemed perfect - I interviewed from my hotel room and started the week after I got back!
What is the most fulfilling thing about working at Croud?
Doing work that I really enjoy with people who I genuinely enjoy working with.
What is your favorite piece of career advice?
Never be afraid to ask questions! There is never a stupid question and if you don’t understand something your honesty is always appreciated.
How does your team inspire you?
The caring culture and can do attitude is something you really feel when you work at Croud. You’re definitely never just treated like a number - whether the company is a team of 50 (like it was when I started) or 200 (like it is now), we’ve always maintained a strong culture that inspires you to work hard and reach your goals.
Describe your journey with Croud so far.
Starting as an SEO intern I quickly learnt that wasn’t the place for me and spent the last month of the internship in the new business team to then be offered a role as a Business Development Executive. I then moved onto a Business Development Manager role where I decided ‘sales’ wasn’t a future career for me. Croud helped me create a role that suited my skillset and I now work as a Commercial Operations Manager managing our commercial processes and business data. With the launch of Serpico by Croud, I’m now splitting my time across the two brands which is very exciting as it’s like returning to the old start up days of Croud working within a growing brand and team.
What was your very first job?
Working at Northampton General Hospital as a cleaner every Sunday at 7.30am whilst at Uni - it wasn’t glamorous!
Having worked in the Sales function for six years now I love being able to bring organisation and process to a very time pressured environment. I also love that the data I manage can be used to help us make better higher level business decisions.
