ROLE OVERVIEW


We are looking for a PPC Biddable Specialist (Amazon) to work in our Ecommerce division to help further enhance our Amazon services.

We have a unique operating model, which allows us to service a wide range of Ecommerce brands and provide the full range of marketplace services, from initial setup & consultancy through to sophisticated advertising campaigns. We're looking to bolster our team with smart, ambitious talent who are keen to develop world beating Ecommerce services!

The overall purpose of this role is to support the delivery and development of Croud’s Ecommerce channel services, providing first class client services and expert ad campaign strategy and activation. This role will be focused on helping brands to develop a winning marketplace strategy through the planning, implementation and optimisation of innovative, full-funnel marketplace ad campaigns.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Advise clients on the best way to get set up on Amazon and maximise results
  • Set up new accounts for clients in line with best practice
  • Advise clients on Amazon channel strategy in collaboration with Croud’s operations experts
  • Support Ecommerce team on the day to day management of Amazon services for our clients:
    • Managing & overseeing best-in-class paid advertising strategies in AMS & DSP
    • PDP (Product Detail Page) optimisation
    • Loading in new A+ content
    • Setting-up/updating Amazon Stores
    • Reporting & analysis
    • Updating product data / specifications / images / pricing / discounts etc
  • Support New Business with pitch material and possible attendance in pitch meetings/discussions with client
  • Audit Amazon accounts against Croud / industry best practice
  • Audit Amazon accounts to identify opportunities for prospects and existing clients
  • Perform competitor analysis
  • Review latest blogs & developments on Amazon which we can apply to clients
  • Provide training & development of the wider agency teams on Amazon best practices
  • Analyse sales trends and marketplace performance
  • Analyse category store analytics
  • Develop our relationship and joint business planning with Amazon
  • Stay ahead of developments and functionality available via Amazon’s APIs and third party tech providers
  • Support the wider ecommerce team and clients across other platforms and projects as required
  • Issue resolution with Amazon


PERSON SPECIFICATION


  • Demonstrable experience in running innovative PPC/Biddable campaigns
  • Proven client management skills in a biddable/performance setting
  • Well organised with a can do attitude
  • Really strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong commercial awareness

It will be advantageous if you also have:

  • A good understanding of all Amazon’s ad formats, targeting methods and tactics
  • Knowledge of Seller Central, Vendor Central and Brand Registry
  • An understanding of 3rd party logistics, distribution centres, fulfilment options and inventory management best practices
  • Experience optimising product detail pages: text, imagery, A+ content
  • Experience using 3rd party tech platforms specific to Amazon

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
