Support the development of Croud’s Ecommerce channel, servicing our clients and defining our proposition. This role will have a particular focus on the operational setup, advising clients on the best way to get set up on Amazon and how to approach third party logistics.


  • Advising clients on the best way to get set up on Amazon or way they can improve their approach to maximise results
  • Setting up new accounts for clients in line with best practice (both Vendor and Seller)
  • Setting up brand registry for clients where required
  • Advising clients on inventory management where required
  • Supporting Ecommerce team on the day to day management of Amazon services for our clients:
    • PDP (Product Detail Page) optimisation
    • Paid advertising strategies in AMS
    • Loading in new A+ content
    • Setting-up/updating Amazon Stores
    • Reporting & analysis
    • Updating product data/ specifications/ Images/ Pricing/ Discounts etc
  • Supporting New Business with pitch material and possible attendance in pitch meetings/discussions with client
  • Establishing a robust approach to auditing Amazon accounts against Croud / industry best practice
  • Auditing Amazon accounts to identify opportunities for prospects and existing clients
  • Competitor analysis
  • Reviewing latest blogs & developments on Amazon which we can apply to clients
  • Training & development of the wider Ecommerce team on Amazon best practices and how to get started
  • Analysing sales trends and marketplace performance
  • Analysing category store analytics
  • Developing our relationship with Amazon
  • Reviewing third party tech partners we may benefit from and establishing our relationship with them
  • Issue resolution with Amazon


  • German speaker to native level
  • First hand experience running Amazon activity (1 year minimum)
  • Working knowledge of Seller Central and/or Vendor Central setups
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Amazon/AMS advertising formats
  • Understanding of how to get set up on Amazon
  • Understanding of 3rd party logistics, distribution centres and fulfillment options available with Amazon
  • Experience setting up Brand Registry
  • Knowledge of inventory management best practices
  • Experience optimising product detail pages: text, imagery, A+ content
  • Issue resolution with Amazon support
  • Well organised
  • Strong communication (verbal & written)
  • Commercial awareness

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
