The Access Executive plays a pivotal role in the identity and access management of our digital marketing business; a role that requires high focus, a dedication to accuracy and information protection and security across the business.
Collaborating with the Director of Agency Access Management and the broader team, this position will work on identity management processes, governance, and daily access management requirements throughout the agency, extending to Croud's network of Croudies, employees, clients, and contractors. The Access Executive will also collaborate closely with the team to ensure the successful implementation of the annual team Roadmap.
This integral role involves seamless coordination with the IT, Network, Compliance and Tech teams, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of access management and governance across the agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the access team with the management and access privileges of the agency’s identity access management platforms; from digital marketing and platform access through to operational governance of core business tools.
- Support the team with the management of the LastPass password manager platform, credential management, and virtual access.
- Identify and escalate risks associated with access management, security or compliance to the Director of Agency Access Management and/or Compliance/IT.
- Support access management and requirements for all levels of stakeholders: our Croudies and personnel through to clients and suppliers.
- Support with governance and access audits.
- Assist in maintaining and developing access and security training such as LastPass, access management, task credentials, and security basics.
- Working with the team to ensure help desk operates smoothly and effectively
- Support with integration, planning and implementation of companies that are purchased by the company (M&A).
- Support and take ownership of digital and operational platform audits.
- Involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues arising from the management of IAM platforms.
- Create and maintain documentation relating to the management of IAM platforms.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand access requirements.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Passion for troubleshooting, solution-orientated
- Strong technical skills; such as a good ability to pick up new digital systems, working out how digital systems work
- Process-driven and focussed logical thinker
- Strong interest in identity and access management (IAM)
- Ability to focus, and act quickly and precisely in all situations
- Experience of working in a centralised support function
- Excellent organisation and project management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.
- A good understanding of the platforms digital marketing companies use, notably around access management and permissions.
- A strong sense of confidentiality and sensitive situations.

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
