Our team of in-house creative specialists, Croud Create, is growing and we’re looking for someone to support the team with our growing list of clients and to develop our creative offering further.

The successful candidate will demonstrate our values;

Overall purpose of the role

We’re looking for a confident leader who is great with client service and managing multiple stakeholders. Someone who is able to direct the work of individuals and teams while committed to producing exceptional work. You’ll be leading a creative team as the work from conception through to final design to create digital ads, creative work and products for global brands. You’ll also work closely with the client strategy team, media account team, and clients directly, as well as designers, videographers, and our creative specialists on our network to research and deliver compelling, user-centered solutions.

  • Manage the day-to-day workflows of multiple projects, working with the client, creative team, and client strategy and media account teams to ensure that deadlines are met, and project goals are achieved.
  • Support with sales and selling creative services to new clients.
  • Identify which technologies are appropriate for given projects, and seek opportunities for project management, experience and design innovation.
  • Lead by example, inspiring others with the quality of your work, your ability to clearly articulate your vision and project decisions.
  • Mentor and participate in managing the careers of wider team members.
  • Initiate and maintain client relationships, and contribute to business development on your accounts.
  • Be an eloquent storyteller when presenting work to internal teams and clients, encouraging collaborative dialogue and building consensus around solutions.
  • Supporting on proposition development for Croud's creative services.


  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital working with creative teams, either agency side or client side
  • Proven ability to lead a team at a project level, and to manage client relationships at a senior level
  • A capacity for strategic and conceptual thinking and the ability to translate this thinking into compelling work
  • Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
  • Strong client management and project management skills
  • Clear passion for marketing and creative

Desired knowledge / skills:

  • Relationships with creative agencies, freelance designers, video producers, and other key talent in the creative industry
  • Relationships with creative teams at digital platforms

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
