ROLE OVERVIEW


We are looking for a talented Senior Biddable Manager to join our Sydney office and support to drive our biddable activities forward in tangent with the management team. 

The successful candidate will be a digital expert and a great client manager and will be delivering award-winning results to our client portfolio.

MAIN ACTIVITIES / TASKS


  • Set client PPC strategy and strategy implementation in tangent with the Channel Head in order to increase profit.
  • Work with the team to deliver day-to-day implementation of Paid Social campaigns across key clients within the channel team
  • Drive the implementation and development of client Account Development Plans (ADPs) and client strategy within your client portfolio in order to sustain and grow client performance.
  • Responsible for client accounts, following Paid Social best practice, ensuring that hygiene
    factors are monitored and managed accordingly
  • Play active role in defining Paid Social best practice and scalable processes
  • Support Channel Head to surprise and delight clients through innovation, knowledge share & insight; highlighting successes on a weekly basis (monthly for smaller clients).
  • Drive client performance management activities across the team to include: optimisation activities, innovation towards client performance, daily checks and best practise processes.
  • Manage client budgets overall and within accounts / cross engines using supporting information from the Croudie Network . Clients do not overspend / go offline due to budgetary issues, underspending client budgets are escalated.
  • Ensure excellence and high quality client implementation coming from the Croudie Network to include but not limited to: editorial, optimisation, engine mirrors. Ensure briefs to the network are comprehensive and accurate, QA work is completed to a high degree.
  • Writing and communicating reporting summaries and executive summaries to a high standard.
  • Completing data analysis to spot trends, patterns, challenges and successes using the support of the Croudie network. Identifying and troubleshooting anomalies within Biddable data and taking corrective actions.
  • Innovate new technologies and ways of working, monitor market trends in order to support internal growth and efficiency strategies. Support and contribute to the development of the tech roadmap.
  • Contribute to the new business process as required by the sales team.
  • Identify areas of development of existing business and support to identify upsell from Croud's suite of digital services

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


  • Degree level education or equivalent / relevant work experience
  • 3 + years in a PPC/Paid Search role working within a digital organisation
  • Expert knowledge of current PPC best practices and latest paid search strategies
  • Proven track record in delivering PPC performance in highly competitive markets
  • Clear understanding of other digital marketing activities than PPC, some understanding of management of cross channel activities
  • Proven experience of client insight development, spotting future industry changes and being one step ahead of the curve
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills which must include Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to continuously demonstrate innovation and initiative
  • Proven track record of working to and meeting simultaneous deadlines, ability to lead a team to meet deadlines
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • A mathematical and analytical mind
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
  • Highly organised and an ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to negotiate.
  • The ability to autonomously identify opportunities, generate ideas and formulate strategies
  • Leadership skills: managing direct reports, a motivator
  • Proven experience in client expectation management roles and situations, able to manage and direct client expectation
