Network Operations Manager
ROLE OVERVIEW
Croud is a digital marketing agency with a unique business model, recently named Campaign's Global Performance Marketing Agency of the Year.
We are looking for a Network Operations Manager who is a highly intelligent, charismatic and creative thinking individual who is passionate about people and the organisation and has a strong interest in digital marketing.
The successful candidate will be highly organised with excellent project management skills, communication skills, detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism.
The purpose of this role is to manage, develop and support the Croudie Network and support the development of the Croudie Network Executives.
The role will involve managing the Croudie Network and processes in tangent with the Senior Croudie Operations Manager, from recruiting and onboarding through to communications, invoicing and disciplinary procedures.

Croud operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of 2 days a week based in our Shrewsbury office and the remaining days from home if you wish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source new Croudies globally to introduce to the network, via tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Proz.com and events such as job fairs
- Oversee the onboarding process and support new Croudies with signing up to the network and getting started
- Manage the existing Croudie Network; manage Croudie communications and drive network engagement, both in terms of Croudies as well as with the internal teams
- Oversee Croudie development within Croud Control
- Manage and deliver reporting and analysis on the Croudie network as requested
- Manage the full Croudie invoicing processes, support Croudies with invoicing queries, and support the finance team as required
- Oversee and manage Croudie disciplinary procedures, ensuring that FTEs have robust processes to follow and are aware of what constitutes disciplinary measures
- Support the training team with enquiries relating to Croud Campus
- Provide feedback to the product team regarding improvements that could be made to Croud Control in order to facilitate the sourcing and onboarding of new Croudies onto the Network
- Support training and development of the Croudie Operations Executives in tangent with the Network Team
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Degree level education or equivalent / relevant work experience
- Commercial awareness and a keen interest in operations/business management
- Demonstrable experience in Project Management and Project Ownership
- Reporting experience, demonstrating confidence with data
- Highly organised and an ability to multitask
- An interest in/ passion for digital marketing would be desirable
- Strong Microsoft Office skills which must include Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and in Google products which must include Sheets, Docs and Slides
- Proven track record of working to and meeting deadlines
- Proven time management skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills
- Experience of working in teams to meet a common goal
- People Management skills and experience
